The weight problem was solved by using beads, copper, brass, silver or gold.
I started off with a a strip of mink as a tail, plus mink wound around hook for body. I wanted to represent the tadpole. However it proved to be sluggish so as more mobility was needed I substituted the mink tail with long marabou adding strands of flashabou.

Dear Sir, I am from South Africa, now living in Dallas, Usa. I lived in East London and used to buy all my flies from Harry Stewart. I donated all my tackle to a good friend there as i thought i could get all my tackle in this big state, i was wrong the flies here are no where near what i am used to fishing with. I need my millionaire taddy olive like a druggie who needs his fix. Can you post to dallas and are postage fees very expensive. Chris Burke
