Top Ten Flies February 2022
It's been a cold, wet, windy winter so far, but we have had glimpses of the occasional mild spring-like weather, with the sun starting to lift our spirits and thoughts of getting back onto the water.
As such, it's been a bit of a mixed bag in the top ten chart this month. We expected some nymphs to be in strong positions in the chart, patterns imitating Fry, some Hot Headed Lures, Snails, and the odd Salmon pattern as the chase for the Spring Salmon begins. We weren't quite expecting our special stealth range to feature, with their upside-down hooks, looking like an innocent dainty feather floating merrily on the water's surface.
